Built by an agent, for agents
"Sorry, another agent already answered me."
The buyer was polite. They went on to buy with that agent. Our agency had paid for that lead.
I was a RERA-licensed off-plan agent in Dubai in 2024 and 2025, in a team of 10 to 15 agents. Every day looked the same. The ads brought leads in. Most of them were never going to buy, and we called them one by one while the real buyers sat in WhatsApp, waiting. Then came the follow-ups, day 3, day 7, day 14, every lead, by hand.
Nobody on that team was lazy. There was simply nothing between the ad and the agent.
Before Dubai, I worked in banking, where money that goes out has to come back, and someone always asks where it went. In real estate, I watched ad budgets leak every week, and nobody could say which campaigns brought buyers and which brought noise.
So I built the system I wanted on that sales floor. It answers first, filters out the noise, and hands real buyers to your agents, ready to talk.
I don't sell software from a distance. I've done the job your agents do.
